In March 2021, Radloff partnered with the Village of McBride to develop a Maintenance Management System and a Capital Asset Management System to support and develop the community’s infrastructure.

In 2017, Radloff with asked to find a way to assess the maintenance practices of indigenous schools across BC with the goal of identifying those that were successful or struggling and to understand why.

Prior to finalizing the MMP, Radloff and LTN hosted a presentation to the community’s maintenance staff, detailing the proposed plan. This meeting served as an opportunity for the maintenance personnel to provide their input.

In June 2019, Radloff began working with Talka Nation to create a Maintenance Management Plan that would equip the community with a reliable maintenance tracking tool and support their desire for self-sufficiency.

In order to protect their water sources from potentially adverse effects of wastewater and to create a healthy environment, these two communities have asked Radloff to develop a long-term waste management strategy.

Radloff's staff conduct regularly scheduled sewage lift station, sanitary collection main, and water distribution & treatment maintenance services, as well as training and supporting operations staff.
